And one last question, a lib jayatana, to integrate java gui on HUD/Unity like, will possible works on KDE 5 with some equal option?

There is a function in widgets in 5.0.1 to enable a top-bar, but it doesn't work. It worked in 4, so they haven't implemented it yet, and you used to be able to disable it in 4, so it won't be mandatory if it is ever put in 5.1+
