I'd like to know if neon5-latest.iso is installable,and if it is based on Kubuntu... tia... |

Neon images are based on Kubuntu as far as I understand. However I'm not sure if they are installable (I don't run Kubuntu).

Neon 5 images are *based* on KDE packages, but they are installed in Kubuntu, as an alternate session. Please see https://community.kde.org/Plasma/Packages#Kubuntu for instructions. |
