Hello,

I want to do the following: If I switch from one activity to another one I want to run a bash script automatically. What is the best way to achieve this? It seems like there is no hook for this in systemsettings → Notifications. I thought this was available with KDE 4 or am I wrong?

Thanks in advance. :)

I did not try it myself, but it should be available in the energy settings.

Good idea, bit it seems that Plasma 5.2 doesn't have any activity specific energy settings. Maybe this a feature that will be reintroduced later.

You could also have a constantly running script which listens on "org.kde.ActivityManager /ActivityManager/Activities org.kde.ActivityManager.Activities.CurrentActivityChanged".
