Plasma 5 has so many less settings to play with

Hi,
I have just installed (in Virtualbox) Kubuntu 15.04 with Plasma 5.2.
I noticed that there are so many less settings to play with, one of the strong points in KDE. When I look in System settings maybe half what I have in KDE 4 is gone and that is a big shame. I always liked to find a setting, change it and see what the result is. That way I could set things exactly the way I want to. Now that's no longer possible, or I haven't found it yet.
Who can tell me where to find more settings, so I can make my OS the way I want it to be?

Thanks

They're just moved and regrouped. Very little is actually removed.

Do you also happen to know where I can find them?

Not till you tell us what you're actually looking for.

Never mind, Kubuntu crashed already big time so I deleted the virtual machine. It's obviously not ready to be released, either Kubuntu isn't or KDE isn't.

Kubuntu 15.04 - KDE System Settings is showing the kcmshell5 modules. If you want to use the kcmshell4 modules then you could launch them from the cli:

Code: Select all
:~$ kcmshell4 --help
Usage: kcmshell4 [Qt-options] [KDE-options] [options] module

A tool to start single KDE control modules

Generic options:
  --help                    Show help about options
  --help-qt                 Show Qt specific options
  --help-kde                Show KDE specific options
  --help-all                Show all options
  --author                  Show author information
  -v, --version             Show version information
  --license                 Show license information
  --                        End of options

Options:
  --list                    List all possible modules

Arguments:
  module                    Configuration module to open
--lang <language>         Specify a particular language
--silent                  Do not display main window
--args <arguments>        Arguments for the module

Not a single crash in virtualbox vm in last 30 days. Also runing on my desktop since official release 2 days ago, there are small problems with some icons, but no crashes for me.
