I can lock the screen with Ctrl+Alt+L, but then I cannot unlock the screen, really I don't know how to do it

Well, what do you see? You should see a password field.

Please check with downstream (Fedora) whether your PAM configuration is able to unlock the screen. A lot of issues with the screen locker end up being issues with PAM (and so the kcheckpass program - the one who does the checking - can't access the passwords).
