I swap caps lock and esc in my system. While most applications register this correctly (in particular I do this for vim) KDE shortcuts do not. If a shortcut is using esc (e.g. say I map maximize window to alt + esc by physically pressing alt + caps lock in my keyboard) then hitting caps lock won't trigger the shortcut. I have to hit the physical esc keyboard (which triggers caps lock) for the shortcut to be triggered. The remappping is correctly registered in my system that hasn't been upgraded to plasma. Is this a bug? Many thanks for any help!
