So I'm trying to reposition my second monitor, but kscreen won't let me do it the way I want it to.
Namely, I can't get a vertical offset of ~60px because anything < 140px makes the second monitor snap to 0.

Is there a way to disable snapping? If not, can it please be added?
Where does kscreen save its settings? I can't seem to find them in ~/.config

If it's not possible, please file a wishlist report to bugs.kde.org.

We're in Plasma5 section, so KDE5 ;)
Thanks though, I was able to find the kscreen config in /$HOME/.local/share/kscreen

Is it still the way? I thought I read somewhere we are supposed to now post it in the brainstorm section.
