First I would like to congratulate the team on the success of KDE 5, Thank you KDE team for the great work.

I have simple problems with kde 5 , first problem I can't found the lock screen in tool box on desktop.



second problem I have panel on desktop I make visibility "Windows can cover" the problem is if I work on firefox or any application I can't access to panel but in KDE 4 I can access it , in KDE 4 if I work on application the panel be hidden if I hover mouse on place panel , the panel be visible and I can access it.

run "kcmshell5 kwinscreenedges" and set the activation delay to 0 - if that helps, the patch will fix it.
(basically you need to try harder to get the panel visible with a higher activation delay, but that's nasty)

Is there solution for problem lock screen?

Do will solve the second problem with the upcoming versions of KDE?

The patch for the 2nd problem is in 5.3.1, not the least idea about the lockscreen, sorry.

How I can install Kde 5.3.1 on ubuntu ? I tried install kde 5.3.1 on Manjaro after install when see About kde I didn't find Platform Version 5.3.1 but I find it don't change still Platform Version 4.14.9

problem in kde 4 & 5 , if file or folder has long name will happen a vertical distance between folders and files .

Dolphin (KF5 version afaik unrelease, so it's always the same one) view settings allow to define a line maximum.

see updates on the bug - it's totally unimplemented, you cannot workaround that. davide has a patch under review, though.

download last version of kde http://files.kde.org/snapshots/neon5-la ... mirrorlist

however the problem wasn't solved
