Hi !

I have a little issue since a switched to Plasma 5.

I notice that on QML widgets like :
    - networkmanager
    - telepathy contact list viewer (from systray icon),
    - every new KCM in systemsettings which has been rewritten in QML, like desktop effects.

the scroll speed is very slow.

The settings from kdeglobals are not applied it seems.

=> is anyone experienced the same issue ?
=> Is it only related to QML ?

Thanks ! ;D

I also see such slow scrolling. Not only in widgets but also in KF5-powered applications such as dolphin.

I'm amazed that there aren't more users mentioning this. And amazed at how long it has existed without being fixed. Doesn't look like anyone is trying to fix.

I've not heard of a work around. Wish there was one. This is a Pain.

There is one. Uninstall xf86-input-libinput (and make sure xf86-input-evdev is installed).

The problem still exists in plasma-desktop 5.11.0-1

xf86-input-libinput (and make sure xf86-input-evdev is installed)

Thats hardly a solution, since xorg-server depends in xf86-input-libinput in Arch Linux.
