have this strange drawing bug. follwing images will say more then words
fedora 22, kde5

this is how software updates


and this is how it looks after i move scroll wheel to one position (direction doesnt matter)


and again one scroll down and its god again, another one and something bad happend and so on

i'd like to confirm this behaviour before posting to bugzilla
