I found option to enable show desktop on click on active desktop rectangle on pager was missing. Why? Where can I enable it?

It might have been lost by mistake, it might have been a deliberate change: I'll ask around.

EDIT: You may want to file a bug on bugs.kde.org so that this doesn't escape the attention of the developers.

I don't know this option was really missing. It might be my mistake - this option is present. Maybe it is present, because I update plasma?

The option does exist here on my openSUSE 13.2 system with Plasma 5.4.
Right-click on the pager and choose "Pager Settings..." and you should see it.

Note that you can choose between "Shows Desktop" and "Shows Dashboard".
As there is no "Dashboard" any more, the second option will have no effect. It is going to be removed in a future version, see https://quickgit.kde.org/?p=plasma-desk ... 23c7c7811a
