I have a problem with the system time. plasma 5 on any linux distribution the time zone of my country is shown in the desktop panel with a time difference. This problem only occurs with the time zone of Venezuela

Looks like it's unconditionally adding a daylight savings offset => file a bug (since the time is correctly calculated by the rest of the system)
