after upgrade to plasma 5.4.2 no more languages available

Hi,

on my laptop i have Kubuntu 15.04 installed with plasma 5.2.2.
I had 3 languages installed: french (fr_FR), SLovak (sk_SK) and for sure english (en_US)

Once i upgraded plasma to v5.4.2 i have no more language available except US and all locales are mixed fr/en :(

Have you already experienced it ?
how did you solve it ?

KDE 5.24.5 / KDE framework: 5.95 / Qt version: 5.15.3

Can you check what's inside ~/.config/plasma-locale-settings.sh ?
