When i upgrade kde4 to kde5, the icon text background did not transparent any more. Any ideas?

you will need to edit the theme or mix and match themes, to mix and match systemsettings -> workspace theme -> desktop theme -> details

Is it true, that this feature is removed in Plasma5.6?

I use the theme breeze with two exceptions "controlpanal-background" and "transcluent background" set to air

yea it is no longer available but you can copy your personalized theme's folder in ~/.kde4/share/apps/desktoptheme/ to ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/ and it should work (it does for me)
