It's the second time, I have this problem on my laptop with openSUSE Tumbleweed and Plasma 5.4.3.
First effect:
Starting Yast(2) on the Graphical Desktop. Yast opens, but none of the subtopics are accessable. Click on every link is without any response.

Second effect:
Starting Yast(2) on the Graphical Desktop is completely without any response. No window/dialogue opens, no reaction.

Login-Shell via Alt+F2 and
Code: Select all
# yast

opens the Text-based YaST with full functionallity. So problem seems to be on the Plasma 5-Environment.

Does anyone has a good idea?

sounds like a libyui issue based on this post http://opensuse92.rssing.com/browser.ph ... &item=8701

maybe reinstall the related packages

fyi these are the packages I have installed in 13.2, seems like Tumbleweed uses the 7 ones
Code: Select all
libyui-qt6-2.46.13-2.1.9.x86_64
libyui-ncurses-pkg6-2.46.1-2.8.1.x86_64
libyui-gtk-pkg6-2.43.2-2.8.1.x86_64
libyui-ncurses6-2.46.6-2.1.9.x86_64
libyui6-3.1.4-1.8.x86_64
libyui-qt-pkg6-2.44.7-8.1.x86_64
libyui-gtk6-2.44.5-2.1.9.x86_64

No, I'm sorry.
Reinstallation of these modules didn't solve my problem. The behaviour is still the same. :-\

try reinstalling pkg yast2-control-center-qt

if you open Yast in Konsole using yast2 and then select a module do any errors show?
