Hi,
I am using KDE plasmashell 5.5.1 on a recent installation of Manjaro Linux. As my computer boots up, it goes quickly from grub to the login window where I type in my password and KDE starts to load (shaded black background and blue progress bar). Usually, the bar fills up to 100 % rapidly, but then it sits at 100 % for around 10-15 seconds, which is obviously the not the world's biggest issue, but still a nuisance.

Is there anyway I can prevent it from freezing at 100 % for 10-15 s, or at least display what process is loading so that I know where I should look to cut down the load time?

Using any of
- network manager (remove the applet)
- pulseaudio (remove mixer applet resp. kmix autostart)
- dropbox (prevent autostart) ?

Sorry, I didn't see the notification of your second reply. I wasn't running dropbox at the time, and since I have switched distro from Manjaro to Antegros. I tried KDE briefly in Antegros (before settling on Gnome) and did not have the same problem, so I think it was something specific to Manjaro.
