I tried adding the Icons-Only Task Manager widget, and it looks like the settings menu actually gives me the settings for Task Manager instead. Anyone else running into this issue? Any thoughts what the problem is or how I can fix it? Thanks!

There is nothing to "fix" here.

AFAIK the "Icon-Only Task Manager" got merged with the standard one, so they do indeed have the same settings.
It is normal that they show the same configuration dialog.
