Hi,
I am trying to set a shortcut for start a new session on Plasma, but I did not find anywhere. I was used to the Ctrl-Alt-Ins command on KDE4, am I missing this little thing. I searched on the Google and this forum, but found nothing about this. There are some command for the "session switcher" or for start directly a new session on KDE5? Oh, and many thanks for the hard work on Plasma and KDE! Regards, Jonathan |

One way to add a shortcut
The command:
will offer the option to switch/start new session. The command can be added to the KDE menu with the KDE menu editor. The advanced tab has an option to add a shortcut. |

you can also use the User Switcher plasmoid and assign a shortcut such as alt+ctl+ins
