Hi,

I am a big fan of KDE and have been using since version 2.

My Gentoo box is running only stable packages:

- KDE Frameworks 5.18.0
- Qt 5.5.1

I can use my system with no problem at all, but after a couple of hours I am unable to open a new window / new app.

If I try by console, I get:

If I open a console with root , it works.
If I use X with Fluxbox instead of Plasma, it works too.

What I have tried so far:

• remove ~/.cache + reboot
  
• remove ~/.config + reboot

Any ideas ?
