my widgets behave like they are locked (can't move, resize them...) but they aren't. Locking or unlocking widgets by right clicking on desktop makes no diference. I can remove all of them by right clicking on them except sticky notes right cliking on them just lets me copy, paste...

EDIT:by right clicking on top of sticky notes i can close them but all widgets are still locked

Can you see the 'widget handles' ?



If you don't see the handles - are you using the desktop tweaks (press and hold) ?




Have you tried with a new user ?
