Activities behave differently

Sat Mar 05, 2016 6:30 pm
I have upgraded fedora21 to 22 recently. Had problems with KDE but after installing some qt5 modules I made it work.
But I noticed diffrent behaviour within activitiies.
I have two activities called Desktop and Games.
Launcher icons on Desktop activity are inside gray rectangle, while icons on Games activity are transparent.
A single-click is enough to launch a program on a Desktop, but double-click (which is what I want) on Games activity.
How can I make ALL icons to be transparent, an doub;e-click to launch a program.
Double-click is selected option on SystemSettings->Input devices->Mouse.

Righ-click display different options on two activities. There are much more options on Games activity.

One has a iconview and the other a wallpaper desktop containment.
You can switch between them from the desktop settings in the cashew menu. I'd say you're looking for the iconview containment.

Thanks.
There is no such option in desktop settings in cashew menu, but I assumed you thought folder view as layout option. Switched to that, but had to add launchers to desktop again, and to remove old ones.

"Wallpaper" page, "Layout" setting.
