This problem appeared after upgrade to Plasma 5 from the latest KDE 4. I've never used KWallet in KDE4 and do not want to use it in Plasma 5. Do I have an option to disable KWallet popups in settings somewhere or I have to close every KWallet popup window and then work normally with saved passwords in my custom applications? Where can I change the setting to disable KWallet popups?

Unfortunatelly I don't have such an option inside System Settings. Can you give me exact name of the option in some settings file?
I made an upgrade using this manual (I installed kde-plasma/plasma-desktop package which provides only the basic desktop for me): https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/KDE/Plasma ... stallation There are installed packages with the name "kwallet" on my PC:
I think this packets were installed by kde-plasma/plasma-desktop metapackage. KDE doesn't work without them and I can't get rid of them. But I think I can to change setting somewhere to disable KWallet popups. |

KWallet configuration file
KDE control module:
'kcmshell5 kwalletconfig5' will launch the KDE Wallet Configuration: The config file is ~/.config/kwalletrc
'Enabled=false' will disable the KWallet system. This is with: Distro: Arch Linux Desktop: KDE Plasma 5.6.3 KDE Frameworks 5.21 kwalletmanager5 16.04.0 (Arch package is kwalletmanager 16.04.0-2) |

Thank you very much. I've added the following inside ~/.config/kwalletrc:
So, the file is looking like this now:
Relogined and kwallet popups disappeared. |
