I recently got a plasma desktop notification which was so tall the dismiss button for the notification panel wasn't on the screen. Press Esc/enter/etc while hovering over the panel did nothing, and I couldn't figure out how to drag the panel down to expose the dismiss button; I had to wait for the notification to time out.

Until this sort of bug is fixed, is there any way of dealing with it?

click alt+rmb (right mouse button) and move it downward, might be enough

can you post a bug on bugs.ke.org re: this if one doesn't already exits (if exists then vote)

No combination of modifier keys + rmb causes it to move. If I rmb around the edges nothing happens, and if I do it in the middle it gets a context pop-up menu offering to "select all".

you're correct, the moving/resizing only works when you left click the notifications icon, I thought it would also work once a notification was displayed but it does not
