I have a strange problem.

I use Gentoo Linux. When I start (by 'startx' from the console) my fresh KDE Plasma 5 (Nvidia Optimus, nothing inside /home/user apart .xinitrc file), mouse-pointer (and any open window) are outside the screen, sometime I could see it on the edge. Have a look: https://youtu.be/J3IazDOzhKc

When I was testing this error for the video I did manage (by clicking different mouse buttons randomly) on one testing user account to have KDE Plasma 5 working - games and everything are just fine.

But I cannot replicate what I did. Any new user I created, has the same problem - the only solution is to copy all files from /home/working_accont to /home/any_other_account and change the ownership.
