I'm using openSUSE Leap and after some update I got bug in digital clock widget.
Format set to 24h and widget shows time 12h shifted. For example, 5:17 instead of 17:17 and 13:02 instead of 1:02. If I set format to 12h, it show AM instead of PM and PM instead of AM.
timedatectl and systemsettings5 shows correct time with correct timezone.
