What are the plans for this?

How and where can you change if an app can have access to the network, address book, KDE APIs etc

possibilities:

1. Direct Management of permissions via the top left icon on top of every App via sub menu (like "More Actions")
2. A seperate App Permission Manager
3. A taskmanager App Permission Management App with access to the current focused Windows and all other opened ones if required.
