I have just installed Opensuse Tumbleweed on a Lenovo E125 (AMD E-450 CPU and Radeon HD6420), it runs KDE Plasma 5.7.0, Frameworks 5.24.0, Qt 5.6.1. Immediately after first login the window animations were flickering and also some windows were not drawn fully when restored from panel. Disabling and re-enabling compositing with Alt-Shift-F12 solved the problem for some time, but it started again. Disable/enable again solves, but repeatedly (after short time with normal operation) the problem comes back. What is the reason?
