But not work, when I have some link by other application, open firefox. Every time that I open Chromium, appears that Its not default browser and If I can set default chromium, click and yes, but no made change. Regards. PD : Sorry for my poor english. |

Try the following, it should fix hexchat opening firefox instead of google-chrome (you might have to change for chromium).
Ideally, I think system settings should apply this when setting the default web browser. |

Yes, that's what I meant. I didn't know what chromium's .desktop file was since I use chrome.

Ok, thanks.
But since 2 days (more or less) all links are opened with chromium, if I open app of kde (for example kinfo) go to Help-About and click in About Info Center, open with Chromium, and before this 2 days, opened with firefox. But also, I view that, now open with chromium but with 2 tabs, in 2 tabs the same url, only success when open a link about some app. When open with firefox, I try that you indicate. And chromium continue indicate that, not is the default browser. Regards. |

This worked for me:
What has worked for me is go to `Settings -> Applications -> File Associations` and there, filter with `html`. Then for the entries `xhtml+xml` and `html`, you can move `Chromium` to the first position of the preference order. |
