I wanted to change the properties of on of my application launchers to try a different version of Firefox that I had downloaded. When I right clicked on the desktop Icon I found myself at a screen with 3 icons, no command bar at the bottom, and no way to get anywhere. Right click gets nothing. Escape gets nothing Ctl-alt anything (except L and Delete) get nothing. Ctrl-Alt-L locks screen. Ctrl-alt-Del will allow logout. This is the only way I can get anywhere. It does not appear that I can even take a screen shot.

(1) Where am I?

(2) Why did I get here?

(3) How do I get back to my desktop?
