Hello, I run fedora 25 kde spin, everything was working, then I did a dnf update, it updated kde, the plasmashell is 5.8.4
I logged out and in, the taskbar disappear, is not displayed, but the process is running.
I stop and started it as

killall plasmashell
kstart plasmashell

then it shows "is disabled"

~/.xsession-errors also shows that message

So, did I start plasmashell correctly ? Is it a bug ? Is there a workaround ?

I also rebooted fedora, but the error is the same.

For some reason I run "dnf update" for a second time and there were lots of packages to update, so everything is working nicely. Looks like the first update didn't contain the full list of packages to be updated.
