Is any option to adjust a behaviour of the System Activity window (Ctrl + Esc) in part of the default placement of it relatively to other windows? I could to switch off the "topness" of it, but if I do this, close the window and press the Ctrl + Esc again the window's position is above of others again. May I do something to switch this on/off?
