I am having an issue related to the dialog that pops up confirming that you would like to reboot/shutdown/logout.

I am using the NVIDIA driver software to run two screens. There is a very annoying bug where the reboot/shutdown/logout dialog does not appear on the correct screen after some minor adjustments are made. I have made a video and posted it below so that it could easily be explained.
I am wondering how Plasma determines the correct screen to display the dialog window on, and where the config file for this may be, so that I may attempt to fix it.

Could someone point me in the right direction, perhaps the name of the config files that control where the shutdown/reboot dialog appears? Thanks!
