Why are titles of apps and the comment swap place(menu)?

As you can see, the comment is on top instead of the titles itself, it should not be like this. I'm using maui 2 with plasma 5.8.5 thanks.

The KDE menu has an option to either show the application name or the comment first.

Right click the launcher button > Application launcher settings > enable/disable the 'Show applications by name'.
