I'm running KDE Neon User Edition and Neon Dev. Edition (stable). Both are now on plasma 5.9 stable. While i have the option to show a launcher when not running on the User Edition, it's not available on my Dev. Edition. (The user edition is a fairly fresh install.) Anyone know why this might be?

(I also tried the Icon-only task manager, and same thing.)

Actually I see that the terminology changed over an update to "Pin", which was confusing because a submenu breaks out asking about activities, etc. I thought it was an option to make the window available to various activities.
