Hi,

Since last update, all windows/apps opened do not show any popup window when i'm right clicking on the task bar -reduced- window.
Before when i wanted to close the app, i went to task bar, right clicked on the reduced windows of the app, and left click on "close" to terminate the app... now it does not show anymore the popup window.

AFAIK this is called the "operations menu" and everything is set correctly by default in my settings.

in taskbar where all apps window should be no operation menu appears :(

What's happened ?

My mother has the same issue with Kubuntu 16.04 as me.

Thx.

Alain

I'd suggest, You go to Ubuntu's Forum.

As for me, I'm running KDE Neon (constantly updated) since summer last year.
Additionally, the KDE neon forum is on my watch list.
I never had this problem myself and I didn't read about it there during all this time.
There were problems, but never this one.

As a result, I don't think it's a problem caused by KDE, but a problem caused by Your
distribution.

Therefore I conclude, the best place for You is Ubuntu's Forum.

Maybe, it's a wrong KDE_Frameworks-version in Ubuntu? Who knows?

Sorry. That's all I can think of.

You could take a look at:
https://www.kde.org/announcements/
to see, if there are any bug fixes (released after Your Plasma version)
related to "Task Manager".

OK so now the following packages:
gnome-shell gnome-shell-common gnome-shell-extensions libmutter-0-0 mutter mutter-common

have been updated and everything works back again as previously.

Hello,
I have exactly the same bug. How did you solve it ?
I have Debian testing up-to-date. I think the bug appeared on the last update but i'm not really sure.

Same issue here on debian testing. Right click works fine everywhere else except for the taskbar icon for open applications.
