I have a HP Elitebook laptop with intel graphics. If I boot the machine in the dock with 2 external monitors the second monitor fails to work (no signal). If I re-dock the machine it then works perfectly. I've checked and it's enabled in the display settings and xrandr is showing it correctly.

Any pointers as to what I can check to resolve this issue.
