Hi all, this is my first post here

I'm using Linux Mint 18.1 KDE and I can see my plasmashell version is 5.8

I'm experiencing a strange situation and don't know where to look for fixing this.

When I enable/disable additional monitors from System Settings > Displays, everything on my screen is moved to the desktop on other monitor which I had just turned on. Selecting my main monitor as primary monitor or selecting the option where there is no primary monitor produces the same result.

I'm not sure if this is specific to Linux Mint either.

Anyone experienced this before?
