Fedora 25 how to upgrade to KDE 5.9

Hello,

Im using fedora 25 with KDE, I think that my KDE version is 5.3
How can I update my KDE to 5.9? Is it possible? Is 5.9 a stable version?

1) there is KDE 5.9. KDE is the community which produces all those products, and you are looking for one of them, namely the desktop called Plasma.
2) Fedora 25 has Plasma 5.9. No need to do anything.
