Hello,
Im using breeze dark theme, when i press ctrl+M the dolphi doesnt show the menu bar. I tried configure dolphin to restore the shortcut but the the defult key combination is there, nothing to do. Can help me? Follow the screenshot http://imgur.com/a/XciRU |

Same happen in Qt designer and notepadqq, cant see the menu.

You wouldn't want to enable it, you'd want to disable it. Make sure Menubar style is set to "In Application".

Sometimes the apps will store the state of having no menu bar in their config file.
In KDE 4 (the directories changed in KDE 5 and I'm not altogether familiar with their absolute locations aside from their being in ~/.config instead of ~/.kde) Open up ~/.kde/share/config/kolourpaintrc. Look for a line with MenuBar=Disabled and remove it (or change it to Enabled). You should be able to do similar for any other apps where you can't use keyboard shortcuts to show/hide the menu bar.

Yes man! I enabled the global menu but, like u said, some applications keep without menu and i cannot call the menu using the keyboard, I cannot find the path that you said. Can you help me to find it? |

At the command line try runing: "grep -r MenuBar=Disabled $XDG_CONFIG_HOME" which should list any config files for apps which still have the menubar disabled
