I created a vault in plasma-vault, but there is not a method to remove that vault.
How to remove vault created with plasma-vault?

This problem affects me too. Apparently, there's no option to do that. I even tried to remove the Vault folder while the vault was unmounted, but as soon as I mount it again the folder recreates.

Seems like it's already a common problem here...
Does someone have a solution for it?
Cause I'd say it's quite annoying...
Please respond if somebody has an answer here, thanks in advance.

This bug has already been reported (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=385444) and they are working on it to see the best solution. In order to a user don't delete or lost the vault by accident.

To solve your problem.
At the moment, it seems the only way to delete a vault is to manually perform the following:

1. Delete the folder ~/Vaults/Vault_NAME
2. Delete the folder ~/.vaults/Vault_NAME.enc
3. Delete the entry for the vault inside of ~/.config/plasmavaultrc

I know it's an old topic, but I looked everywhere and could not find a proper solution.
Then, after a lot of exploration, I have found out how to do it.
I am reporting it here, so that others can find it without so much pain.

1. Click on the plasma vault widget
2. Click on the down arrow next to the vault that you want to delete
3. Click on "Configure Vault..."
4. A dialog window will open, with three tabs: click on the "Delete" tab
5. As an extra security, input the name of the vault you want to delete, and then click "OK"
6. Done!
