KDE plasma 5.10.2, single monitor:
when ksmoothdock or xfce4-panel are set up at the left border of the monitor it doesn't show up again when the mouse cursor is moved to the left side.
To get control over the panel again i have to kill the process, change ksmoothdock.rc manually and restart it.
Both panels show up normally on top or right side.
On the bottom there is this issue as well. The explanation is likely that on the bottom also is a plasma-panel located, maybe they're getting in conflict.
How does this behavior could be changed?

solved:
Turning off Touch Screen support's edge swipe gesture (introduced in Plasma 5.10) should fix it.
