Hello,

Im under a proxy, the internet access is OK and the updates using the terminal works too, but when I try to get new desktop themes or window decorations the window doesnt load the themes.

I setup the proxy in the proxy screen, in the dnf.conf file and in the browsers settings.
(OS Fedora 26 + Plamas 5.10)
