When i press ctr + alt + L or wake up the computer, there is about 10 second delay before the lockscreen appears; only for the first time.

also only for the first time.

It works fine after the second attempt.
I've also noticed that there is a delay when i try to restart/shut down/logout which I think might be the same issue.
I'm sorry if I'm posting on the wrong forum, but it really isn't clear to me, where the issue lies.
