As the title says, I'm noticing this across multiple machines, running Kubuntu 17.04, all up to date as to whatever Canonical is offering.

I couldn't get an actual screenshot since print-screen doesn't work with a menu up.

It's totally random, I am selecting multiple icons, and I am right clicking dead center on the icon, but as you see, the menu it gave me was as if I didn't click on an icon at all.

Is anyone else having this same particular issue?

*bump* (Does anyone actually use this board? I haven't had one response to any of my posts yet)

Well if anyone cares, I made a video on it, and have in the comments my findings.

Which version of plasma and frameworks? (Check kinfo unsure). Right click is working fine here using Plasma 5.10.9, fw 5.37, QT 5.91.
