Greetings!

My problem is that I can't switch keyboard layout nor by the hotkey nor by clicking layout indicator.
However, I can switch layout using command "setxkbmap ru" or "setxkbmap us". Nothing happens when I hit alt+shift. ctl+alt+k gives square window for a second with 'ru' writing. Moreover layout indicator shows me ru, but de-facto layout is us. Also, switching layout work good in cinnamon. I also have system-wide settings in

Update: strange, if I login as root in terminal emulator and execute

switching start to work.

Here is my input method settings and system setup. I also have cinnamon and lxde and fvwm installed.
