Clipped text appearing in Settings window

Hi All,

I have recently installed kubuntu 17.04 which has KDE Plasma 5.9.5 with KDE Frameworks version 5.31.0.

Text is all menus/windows looks fine except for the settings menu which can be opened from desktop > right click > change background.
In the settings menu, the text appears to be clipped from the top.

Also, I am using the NVIDIA binary driver version 375.66.
Please help.
