Hello!

This is my last post on this issue. I wanna make sure I've exhausted all means. Please grant me forgiveness if you already know about this.

Localization: plasma version 5.10.5 (KDE Neon User or any distribution featuring aforementioned plasma version)
Action: I click with the mouse on an icon in the application dashboard
Result: application dashboard impossible to navigate from the arrow keys
Persistence/action to make dashboard key-navigable again: temporary/position pointer onto Recent Applications
Avoidable: Yes, if I never use the mouse to interact with the dashboard and use the keys exclusively
Occurrence in plasma 5.8.7: never
Occurrence in plasma series 5.9: never
Does it make user experience better or worse? Doesn't make it any better.
Is it a bug? I think so.
Is it a regression? Possibly.
Is it by design/a new feature? Unlikely.
Has anyone else noticed it? Seemingly.
Did I file bugreport? I did. Twice.
