Around may there suddenly was a buz on the internet that plasma 5.11 could very well get a "night color" feature https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comments/6cq5ql/kde_plasma_511_will_have_builtin_night_color/.
At this moment I am working with kde neon user edition so I am using plasma 5.11. But I can't find this feature. Is this functionality still absent or am I looking in the wrong place?

It's not in 5.11. There are some code reviews in phabricator, but nothing has been pushed to stable or unstable git branches yet.
