I am using Neon user-edition (plasma 5.11.2). I am trying to get a socalled "halo" in my window decoration.
I try to do that by changing the values

haloActive=false and
haloInactive=false

to

haloActive=true and
haloInactive=true

in the ...rc file of the theme. But that changes nothing. I read that Aurorae can make such "halo's" but in my case it does not seem to do that.
