Desktop Notifications positition

Fri Nov 24, 2017 4:13 pm
The position of the desktop notifications is always the same (in my case the right hand upper corner), regardless of the setting in "Notification Settings". There are six available positions for the popup notification on the desktop, but it always show up in the right hand upper corner no matter of the setting. Re-boot does not help either. I have my main panel as a vertical panel on the left hand side on my monitor, and I would like my notifications to popup close to the system tray in the panel (which is left hand lower corner in my case). One other issue with the popup is that it does not follow the desktop theme color (I use Breeze Bright), is it always black with white text.

My system is Kubuntu 17.10 64 bit (and updated to latest).

Any help with this is most appreciated!
